What do you know about buttons?

I was tickled to find that Georgia has a button club! It has lots of info! http://www.buttoncountry.com/ Has info about button patents back as far as 1830's http://www.buttoncountry.com/patents.htm...

Painted Glassware

Several years ago I had a love of painting on glass and actually sold to several of the gift shops in my local and surrounding areas. I really enjoy painting on glass, though I have to admit that it took me a while to get used to painting on such a slick surface. But once I di… Continue

19th & 20th Century Victorian And Neoclassical Homes

Today I thought that I would share with you some photos of some beautiful old homes that are in the historic district of my little town. As a child we would often come thru this little town to visit my father's brothers and sisters who lived about 20 miles north of this bea… Continue

Barbara, I forgot to mention: the photo at the top of my ning page is one of my own. I cropped it to approximate height and width, and edited it to 955 pixels wide for ning, in Photoshop. I don't know of other ways to do this. If you have a photo you want to use, email it to me (I think you have my addy) and I'll edit it for you and send it back. Kathy

Try this link, it's what I use. Save what you like (in the triple sets) to a folder on your computer. Once you get them saved, you can use them individually just as you like, by uploading the image into your Ning page where a photo upload is possible on the settings page. I've just learned a few ways to edit my blog page by trial and error today, and it took me all day! Here's the link:

please let me know if you need any more help with this, I'm happy to do so. Kathy
